The 'Standard Item Deliveries' component of Resident Assist Courier Services basically means any item that can be carried by 1 man from Point A to Point B. In terms of a weight classification it would mean any item that is under 30 kilograms.

Large Items (Optional Service)
The 'Large Item Deliveries' component of Resident Assist Courier Services can be classified in 3 ways: (1) An item that weighs more than 30 kilograms (if marked on the box or packaging), (2) requires the use of a trolley to help move the item into the appropriate position or # (3) requires the use of a second person to help complete the delivery.

# Please Note: As disclosed previously this is a part of Resident Assist Courier Services that may require the assistance of a second person in order to complete the delivery due to it being a one-man delivery service. Many large items can be delivered via the aid of a trolley without assistance. However, there are some large goods that will require help.
